About

I’m Jules ten Bos. I wonder about things — how reality works, how we relate to it, how language shapes what we see. SPLectrum is where I am exploring in the open.

I have been fortunate, after years of thought and toil, to be able to cast a point of departure in principles I call the SPLectrum seed — six lines about language, relation, and reality. A foundation for a worldview of interrelational pluralism.

SPLectrum is not only about philosophy and the sciences — it also includes an engineering project, permeated by AI. Apart from the focus on language and meaning, there is research into seamless AI integration. The engineering builds on three pillars: Mycelium, an AI-friendly repository; HAICC, a human-AI collaborative creation methodology; and SPLectrum itself, for an engineering treatment of language and meaning. The engineering section of the site is where this lives.

We practice what we preach — this site is created under an explicit human-AI partnership, openly acknowledged.
