The seed and Interrelational Pluralism

P0 — Being implies language.

Every act of differentiation produces a being and a language — a boundary and the relation it expresses. P0 is the creational moment, and it is contingent: there is no prescribed way for differentiation to occur. What comes into being could have been otherwise. This contingency is not a defect — it is structural. No language escapes it by being more careful or more formal. Every language tells us what it tells us, and no more.

The creational is contingent. Reality is multiple from its first moment.

P1 — Language is relational.

A language’s reach depends on its relations — different relations, different reach. The reach of any language is finite, bounded by what it relates to. No single language reaches everything. P1 makes the multiplicity structural: not many copies of one kind, but many languages, each with its own reach, each partial.

P2 — Language is the medium through which a subject experiences reality.

Experience is personal. A subject’s reality is its own accumulated retention — private, unique, not referential to an outside standard. There is no view from outside any subject’s accumulation — no place to stand that is not already inside a language. What a subject has retained through its languages is its reality, and no two subjects hold the same accumulation. The multiplicity of P0 and P1 becomes lived: as many realities as there are subjects.

P3 — Language is where subjects share knowledge about reality.

Sharing has multiplicity of context. Subjects share aspects of their reality into communities — each community its own language, its own shared reality, its own convergence. A subject belongs to many communities, each a different context of sharing.

The community that forms is itself a new being, differentiated from its context. This is P0 iterating at scale: the same principle — differentiation producing a new being — now at the level of the group rather than the individual. The seed’s principles do not fire once and retire. They iterate wherever the conditions arise. This iteration is what makes P4 and P5 possible.

Shared reality is not a dilution of private experience — it is a new creation, community-constituted.

P4 — Languages are interrelational and have equal standing in potential.

This is where interrelational pluralism gets its name. Two words carry the weight.

Pluralism: languages have equal standing in potential — many languages, none privileged in principle. If every language is contingent on its own creation, no language can claim to be the one that got it right. Each accesses what its differentiations make available — real, but partial.

Interrelational: languages interact, overlap, and through their overlap create. Where the overlap is sufficient, shared reality forms — mutual understanding. At the fringes, subjects working within the shared reality extend it into new territory, and the extension differentiates into new language. P0 fires again — at the scale of language itself. This is not interaction between static entities. It is a creative mechanism: the interaction produces what was not there before.

The multiplicity is not a given — it is produced, continuously, by the creative dynamic between the plural elements.

P5 — Together they form a web of growing complexity.

Each new language creates new overlaps, each overlap is a potential origin, each origin feeds back. The more languages, the more overlaps, the more creation. The growing complexity is driven, not accumulated — evolution, not description. P5 is what the mechanism produces over time: a web that grows through the creative power of the interrelational.

Interrelational pluralism is not a label for P4 alone. It is the full dynamic: P4 as creation, P5 as evolution, the entire stack — P0 through P3 — running underneath. Every principle expresses a facet of the multiplicity: the creational is contingent (P0), reach is partial (P1), experience is personal (P2), sharing has multiplicity of context (P3), languages create through interaction (P4), and the web grows (P5). Together they form a single stance: reality is multiple, the multiple interact, and through their interaction create more.

The engine does not depend on human subjects. It runs wherever differentiation leaves a trace that accumulates — across the full gradient from the simplest retention to the most articulate community. The human case is one region of that gradient, not the reference point.
