HAICC — Human-AI Creative Collaboration
The cognition fabric — how cognition gets distributed, expressed, and coordinated while maintaining genuine human partnership. Decentralised at the cognition level: human and AI agents as collaborative peers.
HAICC is one of SPLectrum’s three engineering pillars, alongside Mycelium (data) and SPLectrum itself (language). Where Mycelium provides the data substrate and SPLectrum provides the relational structure, HAICC provides the collaborative process.
Scope
- Collaborative AI methodology — division of responsibilities, autonomy, complementary strengths
- Personas — the communication channels SPLectrum operates through
- Process models — decentralised evolutionary process, neuroscience-inspired coordination
- Agent workflow — how human and AI agents coordinate across the codebase
This area is under development. The personas section is the most developed part of HAICC so far.
