The seed and Discovery

Being has all its relational powers already present by the fact that it is. P0 draws the boundary; P1 gives it relational character. The power is intrinsic, not acquired. Discovery is the creation of insight that harnesses what was already there in potential — finding the key, not adding to the storehouse. Software languages are a clear example: the base language has the full power; every library or idiom is an insight into expressing what was always possible. Each evolutionary transition fits the pattern — conditions already present, unlocked when interaction density or insight crosses a threshold.

The deeper question — whether drawing a boundary is discovery or genuine creation of new possibility — is open territory; more to come as the discovery series develops.
